Frequently asked questions
Is OlympAI free?
Yes, and it stays free with no time limit. Free forever, every day: up to 150 practice questions (3 quizzes × 10 questions × 5 subjects), all chapter notes, full explanations, free mock papers and 20 AI tutor messages, with no card. PRO is optional, for extra practice and real-exam-style tests. OlympAI PRO is ₹99 a month or ₹249 a quarter (₹83 a month), paid once with no auto-renewal. A new family's first child also gets 14 days of full PRO on registering.
What stays free after the 14 days?
Everything on the free plan, for as long as you use OlympAI: up to 150 practice questions (3 quizzes × 10 questions × 5 subjects), all chapter notes, full explanations, free mock papers and 20 AI tutor messages, every day. When the 14-day PRO bonus ends, only the PRO extras pause — timed mode, custom tests, difficulty control, PRO papers and the larger tutor allowance. Your child's progress and streaks are kept.
Do I have to pay after the trial?
No. Nothing is charged when the 14 days end, because there is no card on file and no autopay. The account moves to the free plan, which has no time limit. You pay only if you choose a PRO pass, ₹99 for a month or ₹249 for a quarter, one-time, with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Who is OlympAI PRO for?
OlympAI PRO is for a child who wants more practice, or exam-style tools before a sitting. It adds more quizzes a day, timed mode like the real exam, Hard and Olympiad-level questions, custom tests from the chapters they pick, every mock paper and 10× the AI tutor time. The free plan is enough for everyday practice; PRO adds tools and limits, not results.
What does OlympAI PRO include?
Everything on the free plan, plus 5 practice quizzes a day in every subject instead of 3, with your choice of length (5 to 50 questions) and difficulty (Mixed, Hard or Olympiad); timed mode; custom tests from the chapters you pick; every mock and sample paper, including the ones marked PRO; and 200 AI tutor messages a day instead of 20. One PRO pass covers every subject for your child's class.
What is on the free plan, in detail?
Chapter notes in every subject and the full answer explanation after every question are free for everyone. The free plan also gives 3 practice quizzes a day in each subject (10 questions each, mixed difficulty), the free mock and sample papers, and 20 AI tutor messages a day. There is no time limit and no card.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Free forever, plus 14 days of full PRO on us when you register. When a new family registers, its first child gets 14 days of full OlympAI PRO straight away, as a bonus — nothing to claim, no payment and no card. When the 14 days end, the free plan carries on and nothing is charged; upgrading is optional. It is once per family: a child added later does not get a second trial, and families who registered before PRO launched do not get one (existing plan holders are PRO until 31 March 2027 anyway).
What happens when PRO ends?
PRO features lock at 11:59 pm IST on the last day of the pass. Nothing is charged automatically, because PRO is a one-time payment that never renews by itself. Your child's progress, streaks and history are kept, the free plan carries on, and renewing any time picks up where they left off.
Monthly or quarterly — what is the difference?
Only the length. Monthly is ₹99 for one month. Quarterly is ₹249 for three months — ₹83 a month, 16% less than three monthly passes, and under ₹3/day. Both are one-time payments with the same PRO features.
Can I renew before my PRO ends?
Yes, and you lose nothing by paying early. A pass bought while PRO is still running starts the day after the current one ends, so the days add up. A pass bought after PRO has ended starts that day.
I already paid for a subject plan or claimed the Welcome Gift. What happens to it?
Every child with an active annual plan, partial plan or Welcome Gift gets full PRO — every subject, not only the ones bought — until 31 March 2027, at no extra cost. After that, renew with a monthly or quarterly pass like everyone else. A pass bought before then starts after 31 March 2027, so nothing overlaps.
Can I pay for my child?
Yes — that is the usual way. Choose a plan in the app from the parent account your child's profile belongs to; checkout opens with UPI first. If your child reaches a PRO feature first, they can send you a link from the app that opens checkout directly. Each PRO pass is for one child.
Can I pay for OlympAI PRO with my rewards?
Yes. At checkout in the app you can use your family's rewards balance for part or all of the price and pay any rest by UPI or card. If the balance covers the whole pass, the order is ₹0 and there is no payment step. A promo code and the balance don't combine on one order; whichever gives the bigger discount is applied. Rewards used on a refunded PRO pass are not returned: only the part paid by UPI or card is refunded. The balance never expires and cannot be withdrawn or transferred: it can only be spent on OlympAI.
Can I get OlympAI PRO free?
Yes, with rewards. 2 active friends = 1 free month of OlympAI PRO, 5 active friends = 1 free quarter (an active friend is an invited family whose child practises on 3 different days within 14 days of registering). Streaks, a completed profile and WhatsApp updates add to the balance too. Every new family's first child also gets 14 days of full PRO on registering. How rewards work, in full: olympai.in/rewards.
Do you offer refunds?
7-day money-back guarantee. Reach out to us at support@olympai.in and we will sort this out efficiently. Rewards used on a refunded PRO pass are not returned: only the part paid by UPI or card is refunded.
Can I still buy a single-subject or academic-year plan?
No. OlympAI PRO replaced the subject-wise plans for new purchases: one pass now covers every subject for your child's class.
Why not just use ChatGPT or Gemini — they are free?
ChatGPT and Gemini are great for general questions. But they were not built for Olympiad prep. They write questions on the spot without checking them, do not know the olympiad pattern or your child’s NCERT chapters, and keep no chapter-by-chapter accuracy record — and even in their study modes, the full answer is one message away. OlympAI has an AI chatbot on every question that only opens after your child has tried it themselves — then it starts with a hint rather than the answer — tracks weak spots across sessions, and gives parents a clear progress report. The free plan includes the AI tutor, so you can try it before paying anything.

Quick answers
How much does OlympAI cost?
Nothing, on the free plan, which never ends. OlympAI PRO is optional: ₹99 for a month or ₹249 for a quarter (₹83 a month), paid once with no autopay and a 7-day money-back guarantee. A new family’s first child also gets 14 days of PRO free on registering.
Is OlympAI PRO worth paying for?
It is worth it if your child wants more practice than the free plan gives, or exam-style tools: timed mode like the real exam, custom tests, a choice of difficulty (Mixed, Hard or Olympiad), every mock paper and 10× the AI tutor time. It adds tools and limits, not results; the free plan is enough for everyday practice.
